About Me
Hi, I'm Arvind Kumar. I'm an amateur nature photographer, and this website is specifically dedicated towards bird photography.
This hobby is important to me since it combines two individual skills:
- Identifying birds, and predicting their behavior.
- Photographing small, distant, fast moving subjects that appear briefly.
It's always a treat to capture a new bird you haven't seen before, or to add a 'lifer' in birdwatching terms.
I go birding most Sundays in Bengaluru, India.
Check out my eBird profile for more info.
Gear: Sony α7 III + Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 handheld.
I sometimes write about tech and engineering.
